Holly Willoughby has made an emotional statement upon her return to This Morning following Phillip Schofield's apology over queue-jumping claims. The presenter, who co-hosted the ITV daytime series alongside Schofield for 12 years, posted an emotional message on Instagram on Tuesday morning, thanking her fans for their support.
"I'm so sorry for the hurt that I may have caused you," Willoughby wrote. "I've been overwhelmed by the amount of love and support I've received, and I'm so grateful for every single message."
Willoughby's statement comes after Schofield apologized for his actions, which saw him and This Morning co-host Alison Hammond accused of skipping the queue to see the Queen lying in state.
